This page explains how Thayat uses cookies on our website, what types of cookies we set, and how you can manage your preferences. We have kept the language as plain as possible. If anything is unclear, please contact us.

What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They allow the website to remember certain information about your visit — such as your preferences or the fact that you have already seen a notice — so that the experience works smoothly when you return.

Cookies cannot carry viruses or access other information on your device. Most are harmless and serve straightforward purposes like keeping a website functioning properly or helping us understand how our content is being used so we can improve it.

You are always in control of which cookies you accept, with the exception of those that are strictly necessary for the site to work. You can manage these below or through your browser settings at any time.

Cookies We Use

Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies on our site are set by third-party services that we use. These providers have their own privacy and cookie policies, which we encourage you to review:

  • Google Analytics — for understanding traffic patterns and usage on our site. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Google Maps — we embed a map on our main page to help visitors locate our office. This may set cookies when the map is loaded.
  • Social media platforms — if we include share or follow buttons, those platforms may set their own cookies.

We do not sell or share any data collected through cookies with unrelated third parties.

Cookie Duration

Cookies fall into two broad categories based on how long they remain on your device:

Type Duration Description
Session cookies Until you close your browser Temporary cookies that expire as soon as you end your browser session. Used for essential site functionality.
Persistent cookies Days to 24 months Remain on your device for a set period. Used for analytics, preferences, and marketing purposes where you have given consent.

Your Cookie Preferences

You can manage your preferences here at any time. Essential cookies cannot be disabled as they are necessary for the site to work. Your choices are saved to your browser and will be applied on your next visit.
